Very small shop.. so can get crowded.. be careful of hitting things or knocking things over with your backpack. Friendly staff.. and such a traditional British vibe in there. Worth a visit"

Jul 18, 2026"As a tea-enthusiast… this shop is a little slice of heaven. Everything you need for brewing the perfect cuppa is available within these four walls. I spoke to (I think) the owner who was a lovely chap as equally passionate about tea as myself. He explained a few of his favourite blends and let me smell some of the jars at the counter (I left with Moroccan Mint, Vanilla, and Spiced Pumpkin - yum!). What fantastic, friendly service. Whittards… you will never beat The Tea and Biscuit Club."

Highly recommend and order a few at a time makes delivery more economical. Their tea makes gloomy days comforting! Get the Citrus Cooler, great taste award and so delicious. Smells incredible. Recommend getting the glass jar and then the refills."

The owner and staff are incredible and very knowledgeable about their product including being helpful with finding something special just for you! The prices are very reasonable and something I would never hesitate on purchasing. My personal favourite is the Turmeric Vanilla Chai!"
